Dexter 8.8

The most lighthearted and romantic episode. Yes, there was a horrific twist at the end, but… such a sweet episode. Regarding that twist: I was disappointed by it, as they has built up a ‘family’ around Dexter and it seems a shame to destroy all that. Still, it’s going to make for an interesting final few episodes… 10/10

Cannibal. Really stunning, not just for the twists and performances, but for the depth of analysis into Dexter’s nature. 10/10

Dexter 8.2

Loving Charlotte Rampling and her impact upon the series. It’s pretty ballsy to tamper (at this stage) with the foundations of the show. But it’s completely working 100% for me. Likewise, the Debra story is utterly gripping. And moving very, very fast. Superb. 10/10
