The Rockford Files 5.6

Hector Elizondo. An slow-to-start average story, with a few interesting moments but nothing to get excited about. Despite a long set-up, the sparks never really fly between Jim and Frank. The celebrity cop comes across as - basically - a decent guy and it seems that the two of them like each other by the halfway point of the story. If Falcone had been a crook or a phony it could have played better/funnier. But he’s not. And the story is quite simple, too. 7/10
