- Good story, which starts off quite simple and confidently adds more and more details as it goes along, building tension and mystery.
- Vicky is not central to the plot, indeed she almost plays the part of an ‘adult’ when she disapproves of the boys’ adventures with the helmet.
- Leigh Lawson is great as the main villain of the piece, appearing quite charming and harmless in the early scenes.
