- Yes, it can be hokey (laying on the message about doing the right thing a bit thick) but if you can get past that then this is a fun half-hour with a fast-moving adventure story.
- Most of the episode is carried by the guest stars, with Billy and Mentor getting extended and irrelevant comedic scenes until they are brought back into the main story (which is continued from the previous episode).
- The guest cast are all good, particularly Ron Soble.
