Kojak. Season 2, Episode 5. "Slay Ride" Multiple deaths at the same convention.
Standard case-of-the-week fare. A fast pace (lots of deaths) and the performance of Julie Gregg makes it very entertaining. One of my favourite performers - Stephen McHattie - is the actual killer of the piece but he gets very little to do, really. McHattie, however, would return to the show for a major two-parter in a later season.
Apart from Gregg and the multiple murders, the rest of episode is devoted to Kojak and his squad running around and asking questions. Stavos even gets an action scene and most of the interactions between Theo and his team are very amusing (thanks to the way Telly Savalas plays everything.)
Enjoyable, and without flaw, but not one of the very best.
