Arrow 2.15

Impressive action, which is virtually non-stop. And present day scenes that are knee-deep in unbearable tension. Remarkable.

It’s an episode of firsts. We get to see Oliver as The Arrow for the first time, and we get to see Team Arrow in the same room (and working as a team) for the first time. Very cool indeed. 10/10

Arrow 2.4

Cle Bennett. Good case-of-the-week, great character moments and Caity Lotz bringing some serious gravitas to the role of Black Canary. Wow.

Delighted also to see Katie Cassidy (a longtime favourite of mine) getting some quality screentime this season. 10/10

Arrow 2.3

Broken Dolls. Jaw-droppingly awesome in every conceivable way. Paul Blackthorne is superb and the new use of his character is enough to make a fan cheer. But, across the board, the episode used all the characters (regulars and non-regulars) in exciting and satisfying new ways. And the action sequences, some of those actions sequences were take-your-breath away stunning. Wow, just wow. This show is a story-telling machine. 10/10
