Putting Cross out working cases with the rest of the team is a better use for the character than that story arc from season two. I like Warren Christie a lot, but the show under-uses him.

New Boss Adds Conflict!
Same story arc on two shows, but The Listener rocks it! It doesn’t quite work on Motive. It probably hurts the lead character a little. A pity, since Warren Christie can bring more to the table than this.
