06.00 Archer
06.30 Torchwood
07.30 Legend Of The Seeker
08.30 Supernatural
01.00 Parks And Recreation
Archer. Episode 1. "Pilot" An inept superspy tries to wipe his expense records.
Beautiful artwork, and occasional funny moments, in the second half, as the character grew on me a little bit.
Having H. Jon Benjamin (the Coach on Home Movies) as the lead is the show's biggest asset. His delivery can make pretty much any decent line funny, so this is a show worth sticking with.
Torchwood. Episode 6. "Countrycide" People are disappearing...
The first superb episode. No flaws in this one. A chilling case-of-the-week, a great location and superb work on all of the characters (except Jack).
Legend Of The Seeker. Episode 13. "Revenant" A thousand year old legend gets awoken.
Another superb episode. Great story. Epic. As Richard and Kahlan are possessed by the spirits of a long-dead Seeker and Confessor.
It's great to see a story that is driven by the rules of the universe of this show.
Supernatural. Season 4, Episode 20. "The Rapture"
Superb, superb, superb. Misha Collins (the best thing to happen to this show since Jim Beaver) takes center stage and we get to see inside the life of the man that Castiel is possessing.
It's a great story, anyway, but Collins lifts the material into true greatness. He conveys every emotion in the book. And then some.
And the ending of his story will bring a tear to the eye.
The ending of the episode, however, in which Dean and Bobby confront Sam is superb for completely different reasons...
Parks And Recreation. Season 2, Episode 1. "Pawnee Zoo" Gay marriage. For penguins.
I liked Season One. And this doesn't seem any different to me (despite all the talk of a revamp/change). It's funny, though, so I still like this show. Yes, I do tend to hear/see Michael Scott when Leslie does her thing, but it doesn't bug me as much as it should, because I'm generally chuckling when it happens.
Highlight? Supernatural (Misha Collins)
