Doctor Who 29.8

Jessica Hynes . Another stunning, inventive story with heartbreak and longing in every frame. Successfully keeps the audience guessing for the first third, and delivers something clever and wonderful when it does finally let us in on The Doctor's plan to hide in 1913… as a human! The is the best Martha episode so far. She’s the POV character, here, and makes for a magnificent heroine. And the guest cast is fantastic. Particularly Hynes (who is utterly lovely as the Matron) and Thomas Sangster . 10/10
