Mare Winningham. All the scenes with new character Max mar an otherwise strong episode. She seems like a totally necessary/artificial addition to the mythology of the series. A way to create some false drama/tension in the short term, while the main story ramps up. And speaking of the main story: there are many good scenes this time, with the group of kids finally finding their fourth hand. Very, very satisfying. And I was impressed with the way they ended the whole Barbie/Peter thing with a revelation that takes the moral burden off Barbie and keeps him heroic. 8/10
