Colin Salmon. Possibly even better than part 1, because it has to answer all the questions raised. And boy, does it ever! The writer (Steven Moffat) manages not only to resolve everything already up and running, but to establish brand new ideas as well (for instance, Donna gets a major story arc for this episode). Remarkably, there is more to this than the chunks of techno-babble required to provide an ending. We also get what appears to be the beginning/ending of a beautiful love story. Can’t wait to see more. 10/10
