Hostages 1.11

New York City. Very exciting episode, with several great scenes (again) on the complexities of the situation with regard to Brian’s family helping the hostage takers. Less successful were all the lengthy scenes with Burton and Kate. Two characters we don’t know very well (or care about) talking about a third character we don’t know (or care about). But, flawed or not, it must be admitted that the tension generated as Duncan’s team rushed to prevent the assassination was top notch. 9/10
