The Tomorrow People writers ruined their best character, Cara, in the second half of the season! She was obviously destined to be the leader from the get-go, but as soon as she actually became leader the show didn’t know how to write her anymore. So they just made her into a cold bitch, always making the ‘wrong decision’ so that Stephen & John had to go rogue in some way and ‘save the day’. That’s when she was actually making decisions. Most of her thoughts in the back nine seemed devoted to the BOYS in her life. WTF?! A horrible, horrible misstep. So many better ways they could have handled the character.
Can’t remember when I last saw a show self-destruct so badly. Sigh.
