Judson Scott, Roy Thinnes . Thin story, slow pace, awful dialogue. Mostly it’s just Scully being really, really sad. Which is a sure sign the show has lost it’s way completely. Again, just to restate: Most of this hour is devoted to Dana Scully being miserable and unprofessional. She talks about it. And her co-workers talk about it. And about her. And everyone is deadly serious. And the dialogue never sounds like real people. Gillian Anderson gives a good performance, and the new character Monica Reyes is interesting. Those two things, and nothing else, make it almost watchable. 4/10
