Dann Florek, Tricia O’Neil. Complete departure from formula, trapping our heroes in a mansion in a storm while people are murdered. Doesn’t work. The guest characters are boring, and the two detectives (particularly McCall) are sufficiently out of character to suit the tone of the story. It’s trying to be funny, too, but that doesn’t work either. 4/10
