Erik Estrada. Part 2 of the 3-parter has some surprises and twists, across all the stories.
- They now know who the killer is. And have him under 24-hour surveillance. Wasn’t expecting that.
- Navarro’s marriage breaks up, and sends ripples through all levels of the department. Definitely wasn’t expecting that.
- Cain resigns!! WTF?!! Wow, there was some deep satisfaction in seeing that happen.
- Stacey’s death surprised me. And saddened me. I thought that storyline would take a different route.
- The fact that the trail led back to the judge was both a surprise and NOT a surprise. I kinda suspected that Unger would be tied to some other storyline because the show will need a concrete way to bring him down in part three.
Strong episode. So different to regular episodes, that Hunter and McCall feel like guests on another show. Also: it had a brilliant cliffhanger. 10/10
