Jeff Hephner. The story-of-the-week is boring and predictable. And a lot of the regular cast have zero chemistry. The family are fine, but the staff are awful. Except Patrick Breen, who kinda rocks. Everyone else looks like actors in rooms. Not good. Show is losing me. 5/10
