- I sat gripped for the full hour trying to figure how they would end this. And, of course, they didn’t! Everything just stopped. Mid-flow. How frustrating. How typical of this incredible wonderful show.
- The strand with Sheriff Daggett was the most exciting one here. What the hell is going on in his head? Is he coming around to Daniel’s side?
- The (few) Amantha scenes were powerful. Particularly where she visited her brother in prison. That one really packed a punch.
- Rectify is a deceptive show: nothing much appears to happen, yet when you look back on 16 episodes there has been a huge amount of change. Pain, suffering, mystery, confrontation, revelation and… change. Yet most episodes seem tranquil.
