Doctor Who 31.12

Magnificent. Clever. Alex Kingston has never been better and she looks positively gorgeous. The sense of menace and impending doom building through the full hour is nothing short of superb. Some aspects of the ending were easy to guess ahead of time (because the script was showing off a little bit with regard to how clever it was being) but that did not diminish the power of what eventually happened. 10/10
