Amy Smart. What a messy episode. Jumping around all over the place. Sometimes a bit hard to follow. It seemed like characters in different storylines had (unexplained) connections to characters in other storylines. And a couple of things didn’t really ring true. The Boyd Crowder/Mara Paxton dynamic isn’t really working for me, to be honest. Karolina Wydra great, of course, but their chemistry is strange. And I didn’t enjoy seeing Boyd and Ava fight. How much longer is she going to be in prison anyway? That’s another aspect that’s not working for me this season. Meanwhile, over in the Raylan storyline I wasn’t exactly sure what was happening with the Allison character. Did Raylan trust her? Didn’t he? If she was crooked, then why did she send him to Henry Granger? If he was her partner then why would she give him up? What am I missing? 8/10
