10.30 Night Court
Night Court. Episode 13. "Hi Honey, I'm Home" POW returns to find his wife married.
Night Court ends it's first season with one of it's best episodes. It's always good to see Charles Napier and here he plays a newly-returned POW who gets aggressive in his desire to get his wife to leave her new husband and come back to him.
Napier, Marcia Rodd and Basil Hoffman play the material as dramatic, leaving the comedy stuff to the regulars (Harry is missing his lucky rabbit's foot, and Selma is fending off romantic attentions) and the mix is perfect.
D.D. Howard makes her second appearnce on the show and, dressed all in red, she looks simply stunning.
