Mr. Mental. A slow-burner which grows on you as the minutes pass and by the mid-point has become very funny. A lot of the laughs come from the villain. First when he is giving directions to The Tick and, later, when he has his ‘thinking cap’ on. Also: the three sidekick superheroes raise several laughs. Best episode since the opener. 8/10
